Welcome to the web site of Harlington Methodist Church

Give Thanks!! For many years now we have been trying to expand out accomodation so as to be able to do more work in the village and beyond. After two years of being out of out of our premises we are finally back in. The work isn't quite complete but we are at least able to worship in the church and make limited use of the building during the week.
We still have a sizable debt to repay but nothing we can't cope with. However, we are using various methods to try to raise this extra money so if you feel able to make a contribution yourself please contact us via e-mail.

We had to entirely vacate our premises so we would like to say a big thank you to all those who have put us up over the last 2 years.

Harlington is a mid size village in the middle of Bedfordshire, England, just off junction 12 of the M1 Motorway. It has a mainline railway station with regular services into London.

The village has a relatively large and active Christian Community resulting in 3 churches (Methodist, St. Mary's Church of England and the Life Church). These churches regularly meet together under the umbrella of Churches Together in Harlington.

As with any Christian Church, Harlington Methodist Church exists to worship God, to support its members and adherents, and to serve the community in which it is based. You can find out more about our worship by clicking on the worship link on the left hand menu bar. Preachers may find that page particularly useful.

Down the left hand bar you will see links to other pages providing information about the church, what we believe, what goes on in the building and some pictures. We will also be putting up regular information about our building extension scheme.
