		The original tarmac has been removed and hardcore put down
			The gap you can see between the cones and the wall in the bottom right hand corner of the picture is the only way on to the site at the moment
			The front wall and fence have been removed and the ground in front of the current porch has been levelled
	The first of the holes has already been sunk into the ground in readiness for a bollard
