Sunday Worship
Usually there are two services held every Sunday. The morning service starts at 10am with an average of around 30 adults and 6 children. (There are currently 55 church members.)
The children normally stay in church for the first 20 minutes or so before going into the hall for Sunday School.
Drinks and biscuits are served in the hall after the service (around 11am).
The evening service, which starts at 6pm, usually consists of about 12 adults. It is often quieter and more reflective than the morning service.

The congregation is made up of a wide variety of people. There are a number of young families, as well as those in their middle and later years.
There is a good mixture of those wanting newer worship styles as well as those more at ease with the traditional, and as a church we like variety in worship.
As Methodist ministers usually look after more than one church, there is a system of Local Preachers
(trained lay people) and a preaching plan showing who is preaching where and when.
This means that successive services are rarely taken by the same person.
Consequently some of our services are more traditional, while others are more modern in style.
As a church we like singing. In worship we mostly use Hymns and Psalms (the current Methodist hymn book) and Songs of Fellowship volumes 1 and 2, but we
also sing from other books, using either printed or computer projected words as appropriate.
